With many years of experience in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry on both the client side and agency side, Geneviève recently joined the EOCI team to further her career in continuing medical education. She possesses a comprehensive knowledge of marketing, psychology, and communications, which is a great asset to the team. Geneviève is also recognized for her strong organization skills and attention to details, and always goes above and beyond her role to ensure projects are completed promptly. She sets high-performance standards for herself and never gives in to “good enough”.

Personable and driven, Dominique joined EOCI in 2015 after earning her bachelor’s degree in Commerce from UBC. Her strong and methodical work ethic has proven her ability to manage numerous project variables. Proactive with a keen eye for detail, she displays skills that make her a reliable team member. She is committed to delivering high-quality work and ultimately strives to contribute to the success of CME programs and events.

Lara comes to EOCI with a Bachelor in Marketing from John Molson School of Business. Her ability to multitask and being a team player makes her an important asset to the team. Her goal is to always complete projects efficiently while producing the best results for the client.
Anh-Thu began her pharmaceutical career in 2007, having since worked for many of the top companies in the field. Through these experiences, she’s had the opportunity to develop as a professional and distinguish herself as a self-motived and detail oriented person who values creative problem solving and prioritizing the results sought by the client above all else. She is able to play a key role in arranging special events and executing them in the most successful way possible in order to achieve the marketing goals and promotional objectives of the business organization.
Having begun her pharmaceutical career in 1996, Brenna has cultivated an extensive wealth of event planning knowledge by applying her strong interpersonal skills and leveraging her comprehensive expertise as a CME/CHE project manager and logistics planner. Brenna’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction plus her ability to actively listen and anticipate client and industry needs, allows her to facilitate a smooth path to an unforgettable event.

Dawn joined EOCI with over 12 years of experience in the CME industry along with a solid background in office administration.
She's responsible for providing administrative support to the EOCI team along with performing many tasks involved in helping to run the agency. Her dedication and positive attitude ensure that all administrative and human resource functions are completed efficiently.

Lee Cappel has been communicating to healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders for over 20 years. She is an expert at developing strategic solutions to motivate behaviour change. As a certified adult educator and continuing health education (CHE) specialist, Lee focuses on the important role of integrating communications and education to meet client and healthcare objectives, always with an eye on an end result of improved patient outcomes.
