Now in it's fourth year, Diabetes Update is a 2.5-day congress accredited by the Canadian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism via the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and is organized under the expert guidance of Dr. Lawrence A. Leiter (Chair), Dr. Keith C. Bowering, Dr. Peter Lin, Dr. Rémi Rabasa- Lhoret and Dr. James Stone. The target audience for this meeting includes specialists in endocrinology and internal medicine, along with family physicians.
Every year, the congress begins with a welcome reception, giving delegates, faculty and industry partners the opportunity to meet, greet and interact before the scientific meeting began the following day. Since its inception three years ago, Heart Failure Update has seen impressive participant growth and is now recognized as one of the top cardiology congresses in Canada! HF Update is a national congress accredited by the Canadian Cardiovascular Society whose goal is to provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge and its translation into improved care for heart failure patients.
This year, from May 12-13, 2017, the Canadian Heart Failure Society and the Ted Rogers Centre for Heart Research will co-present this special event offering the latest information for the practicing clinician and nurse, and a simultaneous stream focused on investigative research, meaning it is truly bench to bedside.
